Sandals are the
easiest Bibletime costume accessory you can find. Almost everyone owns at least
1 or two pairs. When using sandals for your JM try to stay way from modern
fashions and too many colors. Leather and Leather-look styles with straps are perfect and easy to find, but for those who want to make their own, here
is ONE of TWO simple and VERY affordable ideas I came up with when I needed to make a few
for a children's Christmas pageant.
You will need:
-
A pair of Flip-Flops. Available at
most .99 cents stores
-
Scissors
-
Ice pick (optional)
-
A Pair of 60" or longer Shoe
lacing. Also available at .99 cents stores in pack of two or more. (You can also
use leather or suede lacing or brown or black satin ribbon).
-
Measuring tape or ruler
-
Glue (My favorite, as you may
already know, is Fabri-Tac)

the back of heel and tie a bow on the front.
