Banner Hosting Guidelines
Banner requires a week for shipping and delivery therefore:
We cannot book it for consecutive weeks
You MUST have banner ready for shipping immediately after your VBS.
Package is considered OVERSIZE by UPS therefore:
Be prepared to pay a little extra.
Take extra care when taking to mailing station
No insurance is required on the package but you MUST notify UPS of any noticeable damage to the package BEFORE signing for package.
1. If you have been selected as a host please create an ID patch prior to receiving the banner. Patch should measure at least 2”x4” in size, but not bigger than 4”x5”. Please include your Church’s name, city, state and your VBS dates. You can get creative, but make sure it is all legible.
2. Once you receive the banner, please remove it carefully and retain package (if in good conditions) and filling for repackaging. Use your judgment, if you believe box has had its share of handling then find a similar size box (Patio umbrella boxes are perfect) in better conditions and have it ready for repackaging.
3. Unroll and make sure all pieces are attached. If any should become loose please reattach with quick drying fabric glue (NO HOT GLUE)
4. Attach the ID patch to the BACK side of the banner immediately with a quick drying fabric glue. (NO HOT GLUE)
5. After your VBS is over (last day) remove the banner immediately and prepare for reshipping.
6. You must allow a week for delivery to the next host. Therefore, you MUST ship it out the NEXT business day after your VBS, preferably on MONDAY. We recommend you use UPS or FEDEX ground and NOT USPS.
7. Please have next host’s name, address and phone number handy when reshipping and notify them via phone and/or e-mail that banner has been shipped out.
8. Contact Kathy or Pastor Joe immediately if you encounter any problems with banner or shipping guidelines.
I have read and agree to the Banner Hosting Guidelines. I will prayerfully do my very best to ensure that I follow the guidelines so that others may enjoy the same benefits of displaying the banner in the best condition possible and on time.
